Getting Assistance from ATM/ HelpDesk

Are you a student that needs help?

Here are some resources for you to unlock your account as well as how to access or register to use certain campus services.

myCampus Portal Account Lockout/Reset

Follow the instructions below for logging into the portal (https://mycampus.hamptonu.edu/)
The default format for your username and password is:
Username: 8-digit HUID#
Password: firstname initial + lastname initial + last 4 digits of HUID# (the password is case sensitive)
John Smith
User Name: 00012345
Password: js2345

Password Manager

You must be registered with Password Manager (step-by-step instructions) to reset your password. With Password Manager you can Manage your account from anywhere. Use a web browser to navigate to https://hupasswordmanager.hamptonu.edu/pmuser

Be advised that your portal credentials are also associated with your INFOTECH account.

Are you a Faculty member and need help?

Click here to Submit a Helpdesk Ticket

  • Open a browser, type admin.hamptonu.edu.
  • At the login prompt enter you infotech credentials to log in
  • Under CIT Ticketing, Select HelpDesk Work Request.

Are you having connectivity issues with BlackBoard? We recommend you to use Google Chrome as your main Internet Browser.

To facilitate recent changes, the ATM modified hours are: Monday – Friday 8am-5pm (except holidays).  If you have any tech-related questions please create a Helpdesk Ticket and submit to the CIT/ATM Help Desk for help.
