How To: Request Assistance

Getting Assistance from ATM/ HelpDesk

1. Call the ATM Helpdesk:

Faculty Helpdesk
Student Helpdesk – Mr. Carl Brown
All Other Requests – Mr. Aubrey Perry


2. Create a Helpdesk Ticket Online

  • Open a browser, type
  • At the login prompt enter you infotech credentials to log in
  • Under CIT Ticketing, Select HelpDesk Work Request.

Mon-Thurs 8:30am-11:45pm     Fri 8:30am-4:45pm     Sat 9:00am-4:45pm     Sun 3:00am-11:45pm
