Student Resources

Should you need help to install Office 365, access your HU email, install an antivirus, or register your devices to use our Wifi across campus. We can help you with it. Below are listed some of the services that we provide.

Follow the instructions below for logging into the portal (https://mycampus.hamptonu.edu/)
The default format for your username and password is:
Username: 8-digit HUID#
Password: firstname initial + lastname initial + last 4 digits of HUID# (the password is case sensitive)
Example:
John Smith
User Name: 00012345
Password: js2345

You can unlock your account and change your password using Password Manager.  Before you do it, you have to setup your account online. Click on the following link to read more instructions.

Already Registered? Access Password Manager.

Be advised that your portal credentials are also associated with your INFOTECH account.

We repair and maintain all Computers and Printers owned by our University.  Is the Computer at your office running slow? Certain software not working properly? Create a Work Request and one of our team members will follow up with you.

Are you having network and connectivity issues while using our services? You can call our Helpdesk at extension 5959, or create a Work Request and one of our team members will assist you.

ATTENTION: Our hours have changed due to COVID-19. Call us for more information.

To facilitate recent changes, the ATM modified hours are: Monday – Friday 8am-5pm (except holidays).  If you have any tech-related questions please create a Helpdesk Ticket and submit to the CIT/ATM Help Desk for help.
