- Open a browser, type admin.hamptonu.edu.
- At the login prompt enter you infotech credentials to log in
- Under CIT Ticketing, Select HelpDesk Work Request.

ATM Helpdesk Office Hours:
To facilitate recent changes, the ATM modified hours are: Monday – Friday 8am-5pm (except holidays). If you have any tech-related questions please create a Helpdesk Ticket and submit to the CIT/ATM Help Desk for help.
